How do I receive my files after I buy?
Right after your payment is confirmed, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and you’ll also receive it by email. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

What file format will I get?
Most of our resources are PDF files, ready to print at home or at a print shop. The product page always tells you exactly what’s included.

Can I print the files more than once?
Yes. Once you’ve downloaded a file, you can print it as many times as you like for your own personal or classroom use. Just check our Terms & Conditions for what’s allowed.

I didn’t receive my download link. What do I do?
First, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email at checkout. Still nothing? Email us at support@alitexto.com with your order number, and we’ll send it to you directly.

Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If a file is damaged or you received the wrong product, please see our Refund Policy or contact us — we’re happy to help.

Do I need an account to buy?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to find your past orders and downloads again.

Are your resources available in Arabic and French?
Yes, we offer resources in Arabic, English and French. Use the language switcher at the top of the site to browse in your preferred language.

Can I use your products for my classroom or tutoring students?
Yes, teachers and tutors can use our resources with their own students. For use across an entire school or organization, please contact us about a multi-user license.
