1. Digital products
Because our products are digital files that cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final after the files have been downloaded. We still want you to be satisfied, so we will help in the situations below.
2. When we will fix the problem or refund you
- the file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, and we cannot fix it or send you a working copy;
- you paid but did not receive your files, and we cannot deliver them;
- you bought the same product twice by mistake and have not downloaded the second copy;
- the product is clearly different from its description.
3. How to request help
Email support@alitexto.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We aim to reply within 3 business days.
4. When refunds are not available
- you changed your mind after downloading the files;
- printing problems caused by your printer, paper, ink or print settings;
- you bought the wrong language or level without checking the product description;
- you shared or redistributed the files in breach of our license.
5. Customers in the EU and UK
Consumers in some countries have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content, by placing your order and starting the download immediately, you ask us to provide the content right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under that law.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (for example PayPal). Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Fees charged by the payment provider may not be refundable.
7. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, so that we can solve it quickly.
