1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (ALITEXTO) govern your use of www.alitexto.com and your purchase of digital products from Alitexto (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Site is operated by ALITEXTO, based in Morocco. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our products

We sell digital educational resources such as printable worksheets, flashcards, planners, templates and similar files, delivered as downloadable files (for example PDF). We do not ship physical products. Colors and print quality depend on your screen, printer, ink and paper, so the printed result may differ slightly from the preview images.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal and by any other payment provider we may add in the future. We do not store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, technical error or an obvious pricing mistake, and we will refund any amount already charged. Where applicable, taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Delivery of digital products

After your payment is confirmed, you can download your files from the order confirmation page and from the email sent to the address you gave at checkout. Download links may be limited in number of downloads and in time; these limits are shown in your order email or on the product page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email, and save your files in a safe place. If you have not received your files within 24 hours, contact us at support@alitexto.com.

5. License and permitted use

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download it and print it for:

• personal and household use (for example with your own children);
• use with your own students, by a teacher, in your own classroom or tutoring sessions.

You may not:

• resell, share, redistribute, lend, or give away the files, in whole or in part, in digital or printed form;
• upload the files to a website, cloud folder, group or marketplace where others can access them;
• claim the files as your own work, or remove our name or branding;
• use the files, or edited versions of them, inside products that you sell or distribute;
• use one purchase for several teachers, a whole school or an organization. For multi-user licenses, please contact us.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products, including texts, illustrations, layouts, logos and designs, belongs to Alitexto or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the product as described above. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Accounts

You may create an account to access your orders and downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: for example, by attempting to hack or disrupt it, collecting data automatically (scraping), sending spam or malware, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Educational disclaimer

Our resources are supporting materials. They are not a substitute for professional educational, psychological or medical advice, or for the curriculum of your school. We do not guarantee specific learning results. The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on the Site. Orders you have already placed remain governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. If you have a problem, please contact us first so that we can try to solve it together.
